Artist Sweets Becker
(Chris Becker) Has been working as a professional music photojournalist since 2008 for different media outlets around New York from his hometown and out of state. He has also been a practicing multimedia artist in the visual arts for many years alongside his skills with being a certified art educator.
He has photographed many bands live in concert around venues in New York alongside festivals in different cities in United States. His other trade is that he is an art educator alongside practicing visual artist for years. In the past he has exhibited his art in many galleries and spaces in different cities in the United States. Artist Sweets Becker (Chris Becker) has been working as a professional music photojournalist since 2008 for different media outlets around New York along with media outlets in other cities.
He has photographed many bands live in concert in different music venues in New York from his hometown alongside different venues in many cities in the United States.
His other trade is he is an art educator and practicing visual artist at a young age. Words from the artist on his art!
The way I create my visual art. I try to use colors and designs into my visual art as well frenetic scenes into the pictures I produce. Me being an artist around many mediums that I use in my subjective content like people in situations again with frenetic scenes done around the areas of design alongside the many structures in my different works of art that I have created within my visual art from myself.
I feel as being an artist and always traveling also seeing many things in my life has changed and formed me into a more intense artist in my figurative art and at times abstract art driven by my creative skills as a creative human dealing with expressions around life.
In my beliefs of practicing visual art in many mediums there is a time to market your art and grow with your art in different visual art areas creating something to be viewed and seen by others around the world.
In my past It gave me something of thought to becoming yourself with yourself to change many formats of your visual art around yourself into something while you work on your art in your private studio space.
The ideas in my concepts around my visual art has always been with my drawing and painting was dealing with producing line content in many of my paintings that are produced on canvas within different kinds of artistic styles throughout my visual artistic horizons as of being a multimedia artist around any artistic medium that I dive into within any of my ideas.
Also, within the drawings that I produced on paper from my sketch books driven by fast line movements and design styles into my different mediums that I produce around my visual art throughout my designs put into my photography skills that currently push my artistic ideas into different visual art areas within my styles that I produce from forms into line movements,shadows and design setups that run through my visual art skills within me calling myself a multimedia artist driven into any creative forms around my artistic idea process.
My photography skills are driven with ideas around buildings and landscapes but now produced into my different visual idea into concepts around my music photojournalism that I have been doing for years with different bands nationwide as media press.
I really try to move my design idea concepts into my visual art into different styles and creative formats within positive perspective along with people inside my drawings and paintings formulating different visual ideas in my visual art I produce either being abstractions within my art which becomes subjective in areas showing visual picture formulations within forms of figurative formats of people and situations in any medium I produce in my visual art what I create with my visual ideas into concepts they become driven artistically throughout my many artistic mediums in my visual art on any surface texture becoming my final ideas into myself viewed by all.
In my links you will see most of my music photojournalism along with some art throughout the years that I have created around all types of styles within my visual art into any medium that I work into and create.
Presently my creative medium currently is around music photojournalism. In so many ways I have been always open to all types of different mediums in my visual art that I produce within my artworks in any medium that I choose to use.
My like for music comes from my father me being around music all my life with him. I can play guitar but I choose to do dive into different artistic mediums in the visual arts. I’m into guitar but more of my artistic outlets move from different visual mediums around my visual arts with that being said my father who was in a band that was also lead guitarist that played for a semi famous glam rock band around New York City in the seventies which was underground punk and glam my father played in many famous venues with his band.
Also, my father has introduced me to so much different kinds of music which I have created the ideas into my artistic visual horizons which I produce throughout different mediums around my art within music. If I was painting I was always around music listening to music. My visual medium currently is around photojournalistic concepts in music but I still produce many different artistic visual mediums. As being an visual artist I don’t just say I’m a photographer more like you could call me a multimedia artist.
